mozi cal. collects the following information to provide our services.
- Nickname (entered by user at registration)
- PIN number (stored encrypted)
- Email address (optional, for PIN recovery)
- Schedule data (title, date, time, icon, color, etc.)
- Memo data
- Photos (images attached to events)
- Friend code and friend relationship data
- App settings (theme, language, display preferences)
3. Purpose of Collection and Use
- User identification and service provision
- Saving and syncing schedules, memos, and photos
- Providing event sharing between friends
- Sending PIN reset email when requested
- Service improvement and customer support
- Web Push notifications (if consent is given)
4. Retention Period
- Upon account deletion: all data (schedules, memos, photos, account info) is deleted immediately
- Support inquiries: automatically deleted within 30 days after response
- Memo logs: automatically deleted after 48 hours
- Data required by law: retained for the legally mandated period
5. Third-Party Disclosure
mozi cal. does not share personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:
- When the user has given prior consent (e.g., sharing events with friends)
- When required by law or requested by law enforcement authorities
6. Data Processing Delegation
mozi cal. delegates certain operations to the following providers:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — server infrastructure
- DeepInfra — AI natural language processing (event input assistance)

You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Request access to your personal information
- Request correction of your personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information (via in-app withdrawal or email)
- Request restriction of processing

7-1. Account and Data Deletion (mozi cal.)
To delete your account in the mozi cal. app, follow these steps:
Deletion steps:
- Open the app and tap the settings (⚙️) icon in the top right
- Tap the 'Withdraw' button at the bottom of the settings screen
- Confirm to delete your account immediately
If you wish to request deletion without installing the app, email 93workers@gmail.com and we will process your request.
Data deleted: Nickname, PIN, schedules, memos, stickers, to-dos, friend relationships, blocked users, notification settings, login sessions, Google Calendar connection data, push notification tokens, and all other personal data linked to your account are deleted immediately.
Data retained: Customer support inquiries are retained in anonymized form for service quality purposes and are automatically deleted within 30 days after the inquiry is answered.
8. Security Measures
- PIN numbers are encrypted (hashed) before storage
- All communication is encrypted via HTTPS (SSL/TLS)
- Session token-based authentication
- Regular security updates
9. Cookies and Local Storage
mozi cal. does not use cookies. The following data is stored locally on your device via browser local storage:
- Login session token
- App settings (theme, language, display preferences)
Local storage data is deleted when you clear your browser data.
10. Children's Privacy
mozi cal. does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If you are under 14, parental or guardian consent is required.
11. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated due to changes in law, policy, or service improvements. We will notify users via in-app notice or email when changes occur.
